Collaboration eValue8 and Sanday

We are proud to announce the collaboration between eValue8 and Sanday! Together, we have established a connection between the queue management system of Wachtkamerschermen® and Sanday for Pharmacies. This integration streamlines the medication dispensing process in the pharmacy, making it faster and easier. Patients can avoid long queues, while pharmacists work more efficiently, saving valuable time.

Pharmacies save time and work more efficiently

Wachtkamerschermen® is the brand of eValue8 specifically focused on healthcare. Under this brand, an innovative queue management system is offered, among other things. By linking this queuing system with the Track & Trace function of Sanday Pharmacy, the medication dispensing process is improved. Here’s how it works: once the medication is ready, the patient receives an email or SMS with a collection code. At the kiosk in the pharmacy, the patient enters this code. Thanks to the integration, it is immediately visible on the Sanday queuing screen which patient has registered and where the medication is ready for collection. The pharmacist or assistant can begin preparing the medication, saving the patient from waiting at the counter. This is particularly helpful during busy periods!

Another advantage during busy times is that this feature is not tied to a specific workstation but is user-based. This allows staff to assist with dispensing medication to patients from any location. Additionally, errors are minimised as all relevant information is conveniently displayed together in the pharmacy's trusted AIS (Automated Information System).

More time for the patient

With the integration of the queue management system, most patients can leave the pharmacy within two minutes. This creates extra time for what truly matters: providing care to patients who need a bit more attention.
