Integration between the eValue8 registration system and Tetra’s Bricks Huisarts
eValue8 develops Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solutions that help, among others, general practices save time and work more efficiently. One of these solutions is the registration system, which reduces queues at the reception desk and lowers the workload for medical assistants. Patients can easily check in via a self-service kiosk, allowing assistants to be interrupted less frequently and focus on their core tasks.
Recently, eValue8 entered into a partnership with Tetra, the supplier of the Bricks Huisarts general practice information system. Thanks to the integration between the registration system and Bricks Huisarts, patient arrivals are automatically recorded in the Bricks agenda. This eliminates the need for assistants to register patients manually, resulting in significant time savings. General practitioners immediately have an up-to-date overview of which patients are present, enabling them to organise consultations more flexibly and work more efficiently.
Medisch Centrum Lindenheuvel in Geleen is one of the first practices to use the integrated registration kiosk with Bricks Huisarts. The practice manager enthusiastically shares: “It has become much quieter at the reception desk since the kiosk was installed. This provides a significant reduction in workload for the assistants!”
