Partnership with Dedalus

eValue8 has teamed up with Dedalus, a leading provider of healthcare information systems. eValue8 delivers an innovative registration system under the brand name Wachtkamerschermen®. Through this collaboration, the registration system can be linked to Dedalus' general practitioner information system, MicroHIS. The integration offers many benefits for both the patient, the general practitioner, and the assistant.

The patient experience is enhanced because the patient no longer has to wait at the front desk and can immediately take a seat in the waiting room after registration. Additionally, the patient feels more reassured knowing that the doctor is aware of their presence.

The general practitioner saves unnecessary trips to the waiting room as they have an up-to-date overview of all present patients in the MicroHIS agenda. If a patient is not (yet) present, the general practitioner can decide to do other tasks in the meantime or to call in another patient earlier.

Since patients register themselves via the registration kiosk, it is much quieter at the front desk. Consequently, the assistant is interrupted less frequently during their tasks. Moreover, the assistant saves time as they have fewer administrative tasks to perform.

In short, with this collaboration where our registration system is linked to Dedalus' MicroHIS, general practitioners can work even more efficiently.
